- Enroll and finish an Ultra distance bike race exceeding 2,000km
- Qualify for RAAM (Race Across America)
- Complete a 48hr climbing project on the bike. Target 30,000m of climbing in 48hrs.
- Abstain from alcohol (exception: to celebrate completing 1, 2 & 3 above)
We have lots of small things, the usual stuff…..less sugary drinks, less pizza, less chocolate, more fruit & vegetables, more sleep etc.
