Here’s our list of the big ones

  1. Enroll and finish an Ultra distance bike race exceeding 2,000km
  2. Qualify for RAAM (Race Across America)
  3. Complete a 48hr climbing project on the bike. Target 30,000m of climbing in 48hrs.
  4. Abstain from alcohol (exception: to celebrate completing 1, 2 & 3 above)

We have lots of small things, the usual stuff…..less sugary drinks, less pizza, less chocolate, more fruit & vegetables, more sleep etc.

Call them general lifestyle improvements if you like #easierSAIDthanDONE
